To begin, let's give the floor to the team's general manager: "The season can be considered a success for the team, especially considering the goals set at the end of season 67 - all of them were achieved. While we would have liked to see more podium finishes, we are most pleased with the small successes we have achieved this season and the direction in which the team is developing," said Szczotek.
Last season, ProgressTeam achieved several first-time successes:
- First podium finish in a Classic race ( Gerald Imiołek 3rd in Bali Classic)
- First start in a stage race and immediately first time in the top 10 general classification (Gerald Imiołek 6th in Men become Gods Tour)
- First time in the top 10 on stages (4th on stage 7 and 8th on stage 1 Men become Gods Tour)
- First points in an U23 race ( Alhaadi Nqumayo 4th in Beirut - Dahr El Harf (U23))
- First victory in an ITT, which is a completely new thing for the team (Gerald Imiołek 1st in Pikes Peak ITT)
- First top10 in World Tour race (Gerald Imiołek 5th in Tabor GrandPrix (WT)
There are two more positive aspects that the team is pleased with:
- ProgressTeam riders finished races in 4th-10th place 12 times.
- The young riders who have joined the team are very promising. Next season will give us an answer to how their development will progress.

Goals for season 69:
- Training, training and training again
- Edmonton Red Deer Tour with Kholadeth if everything goes well with his training
- A few races for Imiolek at the start of the season (when he has TF), probably no another TF in season 69, preparing for Men Become Gods Tour in season 70 (this can be change).
One thing is for sure - ProgressTeam is getting more and more involved in the OCM arena and the next season promises to be even more exciting for the team than season 68.
